How long can you manual?

Giday guys, i have been practicing manualing and doing bunny hops every day since i brought my stp, just to get the hang of it. And so far i can consistently manual about 5-10 meters. Just wondering how long you guys can manual and how long it took you guys.

Also if you guys have any tips on how to stand up and manual (while pedaling) or even while just riding along and then pulling the front tyre up and keeping it there. (i can do both, but just not for a huge distance)

No, Im too busy working on a new sitcom for the WB starring me and JIM BELUSHI.

Its a new reality series where my and Jim go and rebuild houses in New Orleans, and our crew consists of Tim Allen and his ToolTime friends.

Seriously.
