    Question About Bomber Drop Offs.

Hello, I have a question. If I were to put Drop Offs, (anyone from the series.) would it be fine going off dirt jumps. Cuase for when I do some free riding, I want something bigger than 100mm on my front end. Cuase I have noticed that the Marzocchi Dirt Jumpers, are really soft. Is that what you would want for dirt jumping, I don't know. I'm ganna put the Drop Off's on a Rocky Mountain Flow. Does it really make a difference? Cuase I see on the Marzocchi website, that they are ment for Free Riding.

    Thank-you for your help.

What browser are you using? If it's Microsoft Internet Explorer that link I gave you will work great. If not tell me what you have and I'll FIND you something.

The Dirt Jumps on the Flows are all 120mm not 100

    1. I'm using Microsoft Internet Explorer
    2. I won't be getting my bike till 2006. And I was looking at the 2006 Bombers, and the DJ's have 100 on them. Unless the Flows get special ones.

100mm should be enough unless you're FRing and Dhing where you encounter lots of bumps and use up the travels faster than it comes back. DJing, just put some heavier weight oil and heavier springs. DJ forks are most likely stronger, I'd say a lot more suited for the type of riding you want to do.

    a) dj's soft. Something is wrong with the fork. These are the stiffest forks on the market. They are like rocks. You might want to look at getting the travel extended, putting in more air preload and/or a stiff spring. I am 270 with stock spring and 15psi and I can't bottom the fork.
    b) dropoffs are not on par with dirtjumpers for dirtjumping.

Looks like the 06 djs are no longer adjustable though.
