Agreed wholeheartedly. The pros and cons of a 29"er (I add "cons" only to be fair, but in reality find them insignificant) are applied equally to riders of any size, but the larger wheels really are of a greater benefit to larger riders.
As such, you'll find many 29"er frames taylored to "riders of height".
It's still difficult to walk into most any local bike shop and see one 29"er, let alone a selection of sizes to choose from, which is definitely one of the "cons" -- but the big wheeled community is alive and growing by the day.
If you haven't, pay a visit to the 29"er Forums
at MTBR, the most active online twenty-nine inch community. There is a great FAQ File
and a bunch of really helpful, resourceful enthusiasts there that can get you pointed in the right direction, or at the very least answer any questions you might have.
