    Hello,

I just bought a f80X friday & begining to get 2nd thoughts on it. I don't know if i should put trust into that "Terralogic" system or not i was also considering a Marzocchi Marathon Race now that fork is only $389.00 vs the $649.00 for the FX... I was thinking of calling first thing monday morn & changing order.........

does anyone have any suggestions or thoughts on this??
    Maybe just get them both....

If you don't want the Terralogic, look at the Fox F80RLT. It's lighter and cheaper than the FX too.

I like my Marathon but haven't tried the Fox...the F80RLT was my other option when looking for a fork. Both come highly recommended, you likely can't go wrong with either Marzocchi or Fox.

No, I have an older version, when they didn't make the Race. I don't have anything to complain about with the fork.

But honestly, I don't think you can go wrong either way. Though the Fox does seem to be more highly regarded...at least around these parts.

i just got to thinking about not having the "self" option of opening & closing the works , i heard from 1 or 2 ppl that the brass weight DOES stick here & there... I have an 80rl but somehow the spring on the air chamber assembly broke & i am waiting for assembly($38.00) to arrive from fox.. figures they won't just sell spring
the price of forks these days almost makes me wanna go back to rigid or elastomers
    BIG business....

For what it's worth, I've come across an ebay seller selling brand new Fox F80RLT and they've been selling on average for $300-350USD. I think these are OEM forks coming from Taiwan but at the price even if you have a problem like a leaking oil, you can send it to Push to get it rebuilt for $120 USD and still come out ahead.
