    cockpit length

What is the correct way to measure cockpit length? I've read it's the length of the top tube plus the length of the stem. Is this ccorrect? Thanks, John K.

Well, I think "cockpit" is a realitive term. I think what you are saying is correct. Although other people would consider cockpit length just top tube. I think you are on the right track.

I would measure it from the seatpost to the front of the stem.
