have you ever seen these before? race face cranks- in gold?

howdy.

has anyone seen a pair like this before in this gold color?

i snatched them off eBay on a whim because i've got a frame with gold on it i'm building and it's from the late 90's- so i figured i'd include some period pieces.

i paid more for them becauses the auction listing said "RARE" in the title. they must be wotrth a boatload of money!

a search of eBay listings reveals that exactley 324,000 items are listed with the term "RARE" in the auction title. i had no idea so much stuff was rare!

cheers!

Square tapper RF cranks in good shape are a hot commodity, I'd snag a set of 170's if I could find them.

the gold cranks came as oem equipment on the bianchi BUSS, only place you could find gold cranks and gold titec stem.

I have a set laying around that look very similar in color, might be the same, not sure. Square taper, 175mm, used them on my previous full suspension... I figure I'll find something to put them on at some point. Rare? No idea. They do go nicely with the similar color Spinergy rims though.

What year is it? Because as far as I know not too long ago there was an amazing choice in colours for Race Face cranks.

Its most likely from a Bianchi BUSS (Butt-Ugly-Single-Speed) as someone previously stated. All the components, down to the rims were gold and the frame was UPS truck brown.
