Stoked and bumbed...
The final race of the Amature Cup was today and once again I took second in the beginer Clydesdale even with a wreck. The guy who one was running times comparable to the top riders in the sport class and finished 38 sec. ahead of me.
So this second put me in third for the overall standings for the series and I only raced twice this season in this catagory. That is the stoked part .
I bumbed because the season is coming to an end with 2 more races left that won't mean much other then to have fun.
Thats about it for now.

Yeah,
I'm gonna enter it! It'll be my first ever race! I'm already nervous as hell, but I still have over 6 months to train... I'll see you in April! Where are you from? I live in Gilroy!

Pungent!
I hear there's some amazing riding down your way... Have you heard of Team Big Bear? The Bud Light Fall Classic at Snow Summit Mountain Resort on October 12 & 13? I'm thinking of entering, but I'm nervous - never done it. And, its soooooo close!
Let me know if you've heard of it! Thanks....

That is where I was racing all season. I will be up there for the Fall Clasic. They just had the Gotta Thunder yesterday but I did not have the parts to fix my fork so I missed out. If you do go to the fall classic let me know. Have you ever ridden up there before? Very sandy. Also, if you do go, expect there to be some snow, although not much, and chilly temps.

Hey,
Just talked to Tom down there and he put some some of my worries to rest...
I am going!!!
I just don't know if I should cruise up there on Saturday or Sunday. If I bring a tent and a bag, is there a place to throw it? Or should I just kick it in the car?
Sandy Huh? How Sandy? 1.95's or 2.1's?
