Had a killer day in Cowlitz County Friday. The trails were nice and dry and pretty much nobody out there. Wonder if I could talk the little lady into moving up there...

Gawd, then you'd have to live in Longview or Kelso...might as well be in >gasp< Lakewood, Fife or hell. That would at least put you closer to Cap Forest and Tiger Mtn.

It's was nice and wet/muddy today, perfect for mtbing. Went to Fox Creek mtb park, awesome tracks and need to go back many times if I'm going to ride every track.
It's a garden of eden landscape but on my first trip there probably didn't capture it in photos.
These trails are not open enough for a 29er. There were bikes everywhere, all 26er's

Had another romp in the mud and still exploring Fox Creek. I don't think I'll know all the tracks unless I get a GPS, there's downloadable maps of the park.
Changed my tires for Maxxis Ardent and found I had traction where there was none with Kenda small blocks despite the wetter conditions.
There was a round of the state DH championships so took a snapshot before 4 and a half hours of XC.
I think it needs a clean now

That is the colorado trail from molas pass to durango. the 2 segments pictured of the colorado trail would be 25 and 26.
Didn't ride segment 27, and segment 28, Kennebec pass to Durango didn't have many opportunities for pics.
unbelievably great riding.

Was in Boulder yesterday, so hit up Valmont Bike park.......WOW!! CX course, beginner MTB loop, DS line, terrain line, pump tracks, etc...
Definitely going back so I can eventually master the kiddie lines, and work my way up.

Chilling on the long journey up to Bergen Peak.
I'm parked just off the top-right of the pic, 2,050' below me. Now comes the FUN part!
