This bike looks amazing and it certinately grabbed my attention when i first saw it. I wonder how it holds up on the trails? What do you think?

I think there's a few different parts specs, other than that they are pretty close in design and parts.

You do realize that price is for an entire bike and Nicolai is 2000$ for just a lower end frame?
The Jamis and Brodie are similar but the suspension is a bit different as well as some of the angles. The Jamis is a good bike from a good company and is much easier to get a hold of in the U.S. then the Brodie.

Yeah, for me it would be Brodie cuase they are very close to were I live, only about an hour away.

The Brodie Diablo is a true 4 bar horst linked bike...
The Jamis Diablo is a faux bar (linkage activated single pivot)...

The diable 1.0 looks nice the only thing i would personally change if i got the bike complete is the cranks seatpost stem handlebar and headset then i would be more comfrotable riding big drops.
ANy one have any experience with this bike and how good it holds up to drops and jumps. What would be a reasonable drop for this bike.

1)No one here owns one let alone ever seen one in person.
2)No one has ever rode one let alone ever owning one let alone ever seen on in person.
3)2006 is the first run for this particular Diablo, so no one here has ever rode one, let alone owning one, let alone ever seeing one in person.
