Sun ZX-25...decent rims?

I am able to get Sun ZX-25 for $20. Are these decent rims though? I tried researching them but didn't find much and info you guys have on them would be helpful.

Here's the info and a cross-section on Sun-Ringle's website. It's a basic single walled rim. It looks a bit like the Velocity Twin-Hollow rim. Depending on what you want to use it for, it would probably do fine for any XC type riding--like the Weinmann 519.
