Do you have a local Cannondale dealership where you could inquire, or have you already tried that (or not have one to try) ?

According to my Local Bike Shop CODA only makes 1 1/8in. and 1 1/2in. stems, not much help for us 1 1/4ers.

I was hoping they'd have one left over in their stock. Next idea: try any local past or present Gary Fisher dealerships.

I see lots of older stuff including 1-1/4 threaded stems for sale occasionally on the group rec.bicycles.marketplace. Post a 'WTB' ad there.
