Heard anymore about the Nike MTB shoes?

Anyone seen the new Nike Freeride shoes in stores yet? I am saving towards getting some shoes or whatever that are intended to be used MTBing. For now I will be continuing to use my imitation Nike Air crosstrainers.

Thnks

I though Nike had a wide range of Mtn bike shoes. There are lots of shoes out there to choose from, probably something better then the Nike Freeride.

Oddly enough, they don't say anything about having sticky rubber soles (which I thought the initial press release mentioned?). For a platform pedal shoe, I reccommend the Five.Tens, they're durable, proven performers and cost less than the Nikes.

I have an older pair of Nike shoes that have lasted over 5 years. They have commuted in rain/snow/mud and are still holding together. If they fit your feet then go for them.
