bottom bracket question

anyone know the specs on a motobecane 300HT bottom bracket? i've searched online and emailed the company (of course no response) ... the only thing i've found is "sealed cartridge" which doesn't really help me replace it. thanks!!

Just measure the BB shell width, the spindle width, and determine what type it is. Then you will have all of the measurements/info you need to replace it.

That plus the fact that most of the time it's written right on the BB. Just read it when you take it out.
