Lubing fork seals

I am using a 05' Fox Talas RLC (love it love it love it). I would like to know if I were to use a lube that would not eat the seals would using that lube be a good thing to do. I am thinking that less stiction the better.

Yeah, same. I'm not sure if petroleum products will destroy rubber, as it does with latex.
