bloody forks!
well, either they have reached the end of their life, or there is water in the bottom of it, its a giant upland, so the forks cant be too good. the forks wont budge, no matter how much pressure I put on it.

Taking it apart and doing a rebuild might getting it going enough to still ride. Would be a cheap alternative and you would learn how to tear down a fork
