Awesome, thanks so much willtsmith!!!
As for my BB: basically, it's dirty as ***** and it's making a nasty creaking noise which reverberates through the WHOLE FRICKING FRAME. The BB feels like it spins crappily and to be honest, just feels crappy on the whole, hence why I want to take it apart/service it/clean it/fix it.
The cone wrenches: what is a two in one cone wrench? Why aren't they confidence inspiring? I was thinking of regreasing the bearings in my current hubs soon.

Thanks a bunch

Well, if the bottom bracket feels "rough" when it turns you likely will need to replace the bottom bracket. That will be about $20-$30. Look for some discounts online. Don't worry about replacing it "now". There's nothing more you can do to hurt the bike.

The "two in one cone" basically means that each head has cutouts for two different sizes of cone nuts. You could try them and see how they work. I've been reluctant as I already had some cone wrenches when I bought the kit. They just don't seem like something I would want to use, but I could be wrong.

Like I said there are a couple real pieces of garbage in that kit. For example, I think the all in one spoke wrench is round because it like to round off your spokes ;-) But if you add up the cost of buying Park equivalent for the "good" tools in there, you'll find the kit is well worth the money.

Ah, sucks to hear about the BB. Doesn't it run on bearings that can be cleaned & regreased?

Most are sealed and most are not worth the time to fix. BB's are replaceable items now a days

I don't think it's designed specifically for it but I found straps on both where you could put your FF helmet.

By the way, I took the bike apart (took off wheels, cables, shifters, brakes, grips, and the like) and spun the cranks, smooth as butter, not a single sound... so I'm kind of confused at the moment.

As a side note, I was bored yesterday night and sat on the 80% disassembled bike and just for fun I did some barspins.
