AM I TAS Adjustment

I have a 2005 All Mountain I fork. I cant figure out how to work the TAS adjustment. The manual says to deflate the right leg then adjust the TAS and re-inflate, but i notice no change in the fork length. Does anyone know what im doing wrong?
