freeride

hey, post some freeride stuff in here, anything really.

i was wondering how you do 360s? i try to practice it as much as possible but i always eat s***, but always get up. and my dellema is that the only decent park is in ocala (santos, https://www.omba.org/ check it out, has a nice freeride area) and i live in palm bay, three hours away . soo, help please, and when i go next weekendill try those things out.

Wind yourself up alot, and look were you are spinning. Try to keep your body verticle, and pop as high as you can. How are you bailing? Underspin? Falling back/forward? Tipping?

This is what I do (can't do them yet but getting there)...if you can bunny-hop try to practice doing a 360 or as far as you can in one hop. I can get like 135 on flat ground and off a jump now I can almost get the full thing. Thats how I started to learn hopefully it'll help.

Look at your rear hub. That is all I have to say, Ican't get them but that one piece of advice helped me in getting them further. By looking at your hub, you turn your whole body.
