Giant Faith 1 Or Faith 2???
Hi, my name is tom and i am 15 years of age. i have recently become obsessed with downhill and freeride. i want to buy either a faith 1 or faith 2. they both have the same frames and rear shock here in australia. i will end up modifying it soon after i buy either one because i work in a bike store as an aprentice mecanic so i cant get componets at a wholsale price as well as the bike. what do you think. i also dont really want to spent the extra mony on the faith one, but are componets that much better in your opinion???
Thanks

I just bought a 2005 faith 2 brand new for $1250 (overstock item, discontinued and it was the 20% end of year sale). It was a late model too, so it had upgrades (4way instead of 3way, saint derailers instead of x7, race face gold bb and some others I can remeber) It is the best bike I have ridden. Get the faith 2, and then in a year, put a 888 on it. Thats what i'm doing
