Racing with a 24in rear wheel?

I am currently looking at an Atomlab Aircorp Wheelset and am considering a 24in rear wheel. I love the feel andlook a 24 gives your bike. I have heard UCI has banned use of a 24in wheel (which is fine because i dont plan on racing those) but i was curious if other races have too. I plan on hitting alot of Norba and Norba sanctioned races next season and i need to know if my wheel choice will affect my ability. I'm also heading to the Sea Otter and im pretty sure they allow them but i would like a comfirmation. Thnx
