    Can anybody give me some infomation about the MTB front fork?

    I need some info about the production costs and finishing costs of the MTB front fork urgently,despite whichever material is used.Any help will be much appreciated.

    casting Mg lowers = $20
    machining lowers = 25
    seamless Al stanchions = 15
    forged Al crown = 18
    butted Al steerer = 12
    assortment of internals = 24
    anodizing = 11
    powder coating = 9


    these specs are for approx. a 300 dollar range fork

    mine is made primarily of unobtainium. a rare metal found only in mongolia.

    i see you assumed CT meant Connecticut, when in fact it is short for "center" as in "center of the earth"... where only my unobtainium fork remains a solid metal.

    you guys are jerks, clearly this dude wants to break into the fork manufacturing business. the thing is I AM THE MTB FRONT FORK

    no seriously, I was having relations with your mother and it always lowers my blood sugar, it helps to chew on those wax lips from halloween 1985.

    I've had some success building short travel forks out of hobby store pipe and lead. the key is too put springs in it, like a hunnred of em.

    teenagers should not have internet acceess, peachthief 1 is a dirty old lecher, and you should lookk up lecher, cause it's bad, don't let him send you massages

    i used to use one of these forks. he used the springs from them old bic pens.

    i know what you mean. personally, i prefer the wax soda bottles with the sugar water in them.
