Got my new bike today :)

Went down to the LBS today and rode another Pirahna. This place actually fitted me and recommended the next higher size (17.5") from the one I'd ridden at another shop. Feels really good. Seems like a decent deal for $599 and on the bright side, since components aren't XT or XTR if I break anything starting out it won't cost me an arm and a leg to replace I'll post some pics as soon as I get them developed. Think I'm off to ride somewhere now, or at least check out how wet it is. Feels great to have my first "real" bike. :-D

Cool man! I just got a Fisher too (HKEK), and took it on it's first trail ride yesterday...I REALLY like it. Hope you have the same experience!

Nice dude. I know you've been really chomping at the bit the last few months. Glad you got what you were looking for.

Finally got some pics in. I know the saddle is set low. The QR wasn't tight apparently and on the way home it came down. Reflectors also came off after
