Creaky Bottom Bracket.

I just got a new setup installed, My Bontrager Big Earl Cranks with a Truvativ GigaPipe DHLT bottom bracket, and after last sundays ride, the thing is creaky as hell. Not odd creaks, it actually sounds like something is grinding. A friend of mine told me it could be the bearings, could that be so? Can they be replaced/fixed?

They can be fixed if they're loose, but I dont think they can be replaced in a sealed unit. I know before I turned mine into powder, it would creak sometimes, All I would do is pull my cranks/BB and put grease on EVERYTHING. That always solved my problem.
