24" & 26" wheels

why and what are the advantages/disadvantages of having a 24" rear wheel and a 26" front wheel, i was looking at dirt jump/4x/street bikes and came across the specialized p1 which has this set up! img below!

Well a rear 24' makes for pretty nice street geometry on some bikes, other than that I have no idea. It's also easier to manual a rear 24 and bunny hop on it.

the handling i found on a 24 26 is really sensitive

cool, ill have to have a ride on it and see what its like. like i said its for street/4x and Dj so it will be ideal if you say its good for ideal!
