saddle position - how high - layback or not
like to hear how the XC type riders have their saddle position..(know the DH's have theirs low, low)
I am finding I want to keep raising mine - I am close to leg fully stretched out at bottom of stroke & after I raised it again the other day I felt much more powerfull..
What about in terms of forward & back - I have an inline post and at halfway up the stroke my knee is quite a bit over the pedal - am I right in thinking I will have more power if my knee is more over the pedal ? i.e I need to move my saddle back......
