What does everyone think of this bike as an inexspensive way to get into the 29'er Single Speed realm

at the pricepoint it is easily justifiable for me, compared to the other 29" SS options
I am just looking for opinions on the quality of the bike (frame) i know the component set is low end, but it will get me riding, and can replace stuff as it fails.

The 26" Monocogs are tanks, in the good way. I can't imagine the 29ers are much weaker.

I would say you can't go wrong at that price. The wheels are probably suspect but what can you expect. I am sure it is a tank also, Nice beefy 4130. Good for derby!

I've ridden a 26" Monocog and absolutely loved it. Unless somebody comes up with a better alternative, I say go for it!

Redline makes good bikes, so you should not have to really worry about the frame. I was looking at getting one but ended up going for the bling factor a Bianchi SASS. But if my wife/accountant did not okay the funds for the Bianchi I would be riding a Redline.
