mallet pedals by crank bros

depends on the give in your shoes... i have a pair and i have on the more aggressive plates. in one pair of shoes i grip completely and it's not a problem, in another pair i still stick, but i could slip if i got very wild... the eggbeaters are still raised about 2mm above a level plane made by the plate teeth. it's definately feelable, but i have yet to slip off my pedals accidentally.

i will say, however, that they do not grip as well as straight BMX style flats i've had before... but they are the best flat/clip pedals i have found.
