Thinking about making the switch to a 29er. Like to get some feedback on people who ride them and what brand there riding. I've talked to a couple of people and they love them.

I am riding a gunnar ruffian. I have had it for a month, maybe a dozen ride on it. Gunnar also makes a geared version of this frame, the rockhound. Great XC geometry, super long eff top tube.

I ride a 2003 Fisher Mt. Tam.
Since the picture, I have put a Maxxis Ignitor on the rear, and have installed an 05 REBA that I got on closeout.
Any Questions?

On One Inbred. Steel, light and nimble. Oh, and a complete build is less than a grand. Full rigid SS though, no problem adding a Reba though.

2005 SE BM Flyer. Sweet ride on both dirt and paved trails.
