New to Mountain Bikeing and i have some questions

Hey im new to the sprot acuatly havent been on a bike in 8 years. but i just bought a friends 2004 kona coiler. I need to find a page where i can read as much as i can about. the different parts and names. maybe pictures. maintence. cleaning and greasing.

Check out Sheldon Brown's articles/pages. Sheldon owns Harris Cyclery in West Newton, Mass. He's a bit old skool and quirky, but he is an absolute encyclopedia of bicycle knowledge. Particularly check out his Bicycle Glossary. It's loaded with everything from the useful to the obscure.

Also, many on the Forum recommend Zinn and the Art of Mountain Bike Maintenance by Lennard Zinn. I've never read it myself, but it is supposed to be THE authoritative book on the subject.
