Calling on experienced opinions on component... I know you're out there

Hi I had a post the other day looking for a FS "all mountain" bike. I have narrowed it down to two which are about the same price, an 06 Giant Reign 3 and an 05 Kona Dawg. It would be aswsome if you guys could have a quick look at the specs and let me know which one you think offers the best value (I have pretty limited experience).

Thanks in advance,

Jim

Thanks Disc,

Yeah I kinda leaning toward the Kona because it was originally $400AU more and net reviews aren't very favourable on the Giants breaks (but the rest of the bike sounds good). Losing an inch of travel isn't too much of a worry since I don't go really hard but am hoping to go a fair bit harder with a better bike.

Will see if I can get anyone to push the price down on the giant. In the end I think I would be happy with either.
