That was a bike designed for maxiumum velocity in an attempt for a record.
You have to figure at well over 100mph even most of "our" bikes might very well break apart.

Plus if you watch closely you'll see the point of impact is the cranks. The suspension compressed where the grade changed and he bottomed (or cased) out the frame.
