If you search a little in this forum you should find your answer.
What kind of money? Are you spending $400, $1400 or $4000? It also depends on what you're using it for.
Personally if I was spending more money on bikes I'd get an IF Crown Jewel Ti frame and start from there. To me that's money well spent but to other folks it might be bad value.

You do understand bikes range in price from (like mentioned above) $400 to $4000 +.
Do some searching in the forums, maybe instead of making a thread and posting 9 words, post a few sentances and actually explain what you want to know in more deatil, and i guarentee you will get some decent help .

A smile comes to my face, and look it even comes in a bright green so your easy to spot on the road!
Seriously rkueber nobody is picking on you, im just as new as you are. Do yourself a favor and read the stickies and things, do a good amount of research and when you have in mind what kind of bike you want and how much you want to spend feel free to ask questions and we will all try to help.
Make sure you get to a local bike shop and ride the bikes you want, thats the best way to go about it.

Treadmill Bike Video Promo
Hey! The Treadmill Bike has a new promo video. I think the helmets are for the stair descents and the picnic table trials courses.

After watching the video, I understand that that thing is a joke (is it?), but it's amazing that somebody actually built one of those things. I'd seriously rather have a treadmill bike than a NEXT full suspension if they were selling them for the same price at Walmart.

I will answer your question with a question. "How many worms are there in a can of worms?"
The philosophical answer is… the best bike for the money is the one you are riding because you like it so much.

but seriously, the best bike for your money is a free bike:
