good for hub, bottom bracket, and headset bearings. Also good for the seatpost to keep it from getting stuck in the frame, and other threaded parts. Keep it away from the chain as it will just be a horrific dust magnet and make everything very very dirty.
No need to find it online either. You can get a tub of it at your local autoparts store for a buck or two.

I experimented and put very little on my chain (like about one dip of a finger), I first cleaned it with WD40 and then put the grease, the chain seems to be fine.
AfterThisNap: I already have a big bucket, the reason I was asking is because I don't want to buy additional greases and stuff and was wondering if I could just use the stuff I already had.

Grease on the chain is kind of pointless. What you're trying to lubricate are the pins and bushings inside of every link. Putting grease on the outside only puts a sticky layer on the plates. It will just attract dirt, but most importantly, it won't do anything to really lubricate the chains internal parts.
You can use a mix of 1:10 motor oil to mineral spirits which will be very light and seep into the links.
