rockshox 1" threaded w/ U-brakes???

There is a "rockshox" on ebay right now with a 1" threaded steerer and it takes u-brakes. The seller does not know the year or model. It looks kind of like a judy tt, but I suspect it may be a Suntour or rst with a rockshox sticker. Does anyone know what this is?

It kinda looks like an old mag 21, but there is no cable stop. You could always get a different arch and some cantilever posts for it.

I think the seller means that it takes vee-brakes . U-brakes went away in the very early 90's .
