owwwwwwwwwwy

i was just working on an xbox, and i was sanding plexi with the belt sander(more like melting it off cuz it gets so hot) when a huge glob of super hot plexi flew off right inbetween my left thumb and index finger, on the inside palm side. it is about the size of a nickle right now and is filling with puss. i would take a picture but that would be just nasty and no one would want to see it lol. any suggestions on how to heal it faster or anything i can do so i can get biking soon w/o it breaking open and hurting agian

i would suggest seeing a doctor about that. Some of those plastics can do nasty stuff if they get into the blood stream.

boil a needle and get some cotton thread. Thread the needle, run the thread through the blister without breaking it. Allow the thread to soak up the pus. Old blister remedy Goto the doctor get antibiotics.

Thats probably a 2nd degree burn, since your getting a large blister filled with puss.

-Submerge the burned area in cold water, do not use ice. At least for 20 minutes.
-For the pain you can take some sort of pain reliever.
-If the burn isn't 3rd degree, or very large there is no need for a doctor.
-Rinse it regularly, and let air dry.
-Cover it with bandaid.
-You can use the aloe for the red area, and some sort of burn/antibiotic cream for the bad part.
-Its important to make sure its not getting infected.

Basically, you need to judge how bad it is and figure out whether the doctor is necessary.

Lol, this is why we need the right tool for the job, I use a dremel for small crafts. when cutting plastic a jigsaw usually works best.

I think you will be fine without a doctor, the body heals itself.

Atleast it was not your eye or somthing, I hope you were wearing safty glasses.
