A lesson in Customer Service - WOOdman Components
Horrible.
Ignoring all my emails. Then they finally get back to me and say sorry send your question to to this "email" address. you know, one of those non-professional looking emails like woodman@girlsgonewild.com so then i send the email there and i have never heard back again.
not to mention before that i was told to send an email to another address and i would get my question answered. twice i have been contacted by them only to be led on with no follow up replies.
oh, and when you send the email to the one they told me to use it is returned as if it no longer exists
by the way, they no longer exist in the USA. so am i supposed to call f*^%* China to reach them??? that is of course if there is even anyone to be reached. why should i have to make an International call? that is the only thing i can think of...and boy they will hear it from me if i actually get through to a person!!!
anyone who wants to buy WOOdman, i would have to discourage you.

Wow, I'm planning on buying a woodman fork. I think I still will, I just won't buy it directly from them.
