What does this mean??

I'm lookin at inner bashrings right now and im wondering what the two different sizes are for, on this site.

At the top is says they are both for up to a 36tooth chainring so what is the 58mm and 64mm reffering to?

no idea. i know the e13 bashguards post 2 different sizes that refer to the 4 and 5-bolt patterns, this could be the same thing.
