Does a 1" tube diameter suspension fork exist?
As far as I can tell...it doesn't (or its just very rare)
I have a Trek 800 that was given to me with a badly bent fork. Was seeing if there was some option for replacing with a suspension fork but Im probably going to have to go rigid aren't I?
I'd imagine it would screw up the geometry a bit too, right?

are you talking about the steer tube? 1" used to be used as standard before 2000(or somewhere around there.) So you'll only see the really old bikes with a 1" steerer. Although you can still buy forks with a 1" steerer. Marzocchi has the Mx-comp which can be ordered with a 1" steerer I believe.

Jason is correct, marz still has one you can get special ordered.
It would likely make it more slack so yes it would screw with the geometry. I believe the fork will also be in the 200usd range as well. Might not be worth it to throw that much into that old a bike.

Ya, outside diameter of the steerer tube
Didn't mention that I also need threaded (if it wasn't already hard enough to find something)

^^ That ebay fork looks good. Should do ya fine, and if it really screws up the handling, it was only a couple bucks.

Cool
That fork has a steerer length of ~8in while the fork Im replacing is roughly 6in. Is that going to be a problem? It doesn't look like theres a lot of thread on that ebay fork so I don't know if hacksawing it would be an option
