Note to all: Check Your Cleat Bolts.

Lost a bolt in one of my cleats today... luckily, I was putzing around the yard and not doing anything too technical. Oops, foot was stuck.

Suppose I should pick up some Loctite.

try grease and tighten them.

Been there...luckily, I wasn't doing anything crazy either...
