06 kona hoss upgrades

hey, I'm just wonderin if anyone knows of some good upgrades I can get for my completely stock 06 Kona Hoss, nothing ridiculous like forks or a frame, just some good little upgrades that arent way too expenisve. I dont know much about bikes even though I've been biking all my life so I dont know what to look for and what will make a difference.

higher model detrauilers? for smoother shifting if you care about it. but deore is pretty descent. seddle maybe? since you bike "all your life" so get something comfortable yet sporty.
