MTB Photos

Hey all,

Long-time lurker, first-time poster...I've been biking for about a year (my girlfriend used to ride in college and got me hooked!). I usually bring my camera along to get a good photo-log of the trail...but I just seem to annoy my riding partners, mostly.

Anyway, just thought I'd post the link to my site...believe it or not, mountain biking is alive and well in North Louisiana (and we're but a short car ride from other sweet trails, too). Here it is:

www.heyjj.com/bike

Hope you enjoy!

What did you think of the difficulty of the Womble?

I'm going to do that one next year and don't know whether I want to do the whole 38 miles or just a short segment.

Lots of hills? Technical?

Glad everyone is liking the pics! I love the trails around these parts, but I'm gonna have to make a big trip one day to check out some other terrain (Utah...yer callin' my name).

Chelboed: The Womble is awesome! I've done it twice (it's about 3.5 hours from me)...once in the snow, once without. We did a 12-mile stretch both times, finishing up at the Hwy. 27 Fishing Village. The last 4 miles you're steadily climbing a narrow trail around the side of the mountain, with some pretty big drops below. It's a little nerve-wracking, but as long as you're fairly careful, you (probably) won't fall off the mountain Great views, too...not too technical, some tough climbs, but plenty of fast singletrack to balance it out. I highly recommend...next time we're gonna do a much longer stretch.

WannaGetGood: The rollovers are all Dreamweaver...if you've never played with the program, it's definitely WAY better than straight html....I know just enough of that to be dangerous. If you have any webby questions, PM me.

So you're unable to figure out how to "view source"?

View source + Google has all of the answers to your questions.

You're "designing" websites but can't figure out how to read the source code?

No i don't and I have never claimed that I do.

Have you figured out how to accomplish the very, very, simple task of reading a website's source code yet? How about using Google?

Great pics and nice website! One of the first things I noticed in the pictures was that you wear Asics Gel Cumulus'. I'm wearing the exact same shoes right now!
