Omg I learned a lesson

So I just got my mountainbike (Trek 820) yes im cheap! But I'm very satisfied with it. Anyway I took it to one of the local trails and rode about 15 miles or so with the wind at my back... I was like omg sweet I'm not tired at all. So then I turned around to go home against the wind... it must have taken like 2 hours and my legs are so sore .

just get a very large riding buddy and draft him however when going downhill make sure he's in front because he'll stop slower, i've crashed into my wife several times because we have very similar bikes but i outweigh her by like 80 pounds.

The good news is as you upgrade your engine things will get easier. Also, that is a pretty long ride for a beginner. You deserve some kudo's just for completing that ride.
