That is an older model Race Jacket. It is not armor; it's a motocross roost protector. Yes, they still make - no you don't want one. If you want something light, get a Defender.

No, for sure not getting the any of the defenders. I ruptured my spleen recently and need something to protect it when DJing/Fring. I dont want something big, maybe something I can even slip under a T shirt.

That one on that site looks perfect, it has much more protect than the new race jacket.

So here are some I'm thinking of,

The one on the site if I can still find it, what year is it???
661 coresaver
661 06 racejacket
or maybe go all out an
d get the 661 assault suite

Core Saver would be a good choice. Pressure suits are not as cumbersome as you might think - - you get used to them quickly. You might try to find a last-year's model SP-1 Pressure Suit (Steve Peat version). It was lighter and a bit trimmed back from a full-on PS.

Just as an FYI - - I looked back in my catalogs and the one in the pict that you wanted to know about was an '05 Straight Jacket.

Back in my Motocross racing days I used some stuff like that made by EVS. Google EVS safety equipment & I bet you can view some cool gear.

Remember JT Racing gear? They're still in the protection biz, they just changed sports - they make paintballing stuff now.

Yeah! The very first thing I lusted after & saved up for after getting my first dirt bike was JT goggles with an optional face guard that attached to the bottom of the goggles (for use with an open face helmet) circa 1983! I loved that set up!!

Yeah again, JT faded away in the 90's & a couple years ago I happened to see a painball supplies catalog & there was all this JT stuff in there. Really surprised me.
