Rocky Mountain Element
Well, i recently got a new bike. Its new to me anyway. Its a 2003 Rocky Mountain Element with a few upgrades. I haven't been able to take it out on any rides yet as its been rainy and cold the last few days, but i've ridden it around the block and love it. The only thing i have a question about is the front fork. It's a Manitou Black Super 100/120mm from 2003. It has the word AIR ontop of one of the crowns so i'm guessing that its air, but it doesn't seem to rebound very well and i find it hard to wheelie as it just compresses. It might just be that i'm not used to having a decent fork, coming from a crappy suntour one. The rebound is at max and i'm just wondering if that would have anything to do with air pressure, like if i raised the pressure would it spring back faster?
Here are a few pics of the bike BTW.
ooo, thats a nice pretty black.
why not add more air and see what happens?
