Help me find a decent hardtail on ebay for my brother..

Guys, could you guide my to some nice hardtails that might be currently on ebay that are solid picks. I do a lot of riding and would like to get my 35 year old brother into the mix. Im looking to find something thats around 500-600 bucks. Nice front suspension, will be mostly xc riding. He's 5'10 - thanks guys

'02 Stumpy with a SID on the front, still worth keeping an eye on.

Unlikely to stay this low, but we can dream https://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...category=27947

If you loke to build bikes from the ground up, check this deal out at

JensonUSA

It is a pretty sturdy frame. I needed an inexpensive hardtail to build up for 4X so I just purchased this one. I will have about $450 total in the bike when finished. It is a disc specific frame though, so you will need to run discs brakes.

Also they have the Jenson Durango SX at Jenson for $95 and does not require discs. I know I picked up one a few weeks ago to build up a bike from spare parts for my son. Has not been ridden yet, but I'm very impressed with the quality of the frame so far.
