Rear shifter wont shift?

My rear shift wont shift to the largest casette(highest gear, gear with least resistance). Is there so how I can fix it or is there a website which I can look at?

Don't know if you fixed the problem or not, but people can give more helpful answers if you give them a better discription of what the problem actually is.

Turn the uper limit screw (on the derailleur) out a bit and see if it will go up. It's either that or not enough cable tension, most likely, but in the second case you would be having trouble shifting everywhere, not just the last cog. My money's on the limit screw.
