Giant XTC Hardtail Build Photos

Well I asked you guys to help me pick out a frame color about 3 weeks ago so I thought I should at least show you a couple photos of the finished product. Only component I'm still waiting for is a new Raceface Evolve XC BB and crankset. As you can see I went with the blue frame to match the wheels. Total cost, a little over $850.00. Weight without pedals, just over 26 lbs. I've had the bike out once in the snow and ice, too early to give any type of review but I'm very happy with the frame and feel on the completed bike. BTW, Shipping from China to Minnesota for the frame was 4 days. Left Shanghai China Thursday, I had it Monday morning at 9:00am. Frame was complete with North American Warranty papers.
Edited 2-21-07
Installed Raceface Crankset and BB and went back to my favorate Specialized saddle. Build completed. Thanks for everyones help!!

Nice!

I really love the HUGE logo's everywhere...makes it look "racey".

Good job.

WOW, that looks awesome! Good job on the build and collection of parts that all marry together beautifully

Those wheels look better than I would have imagined. I'm thinking of getting a set of those Kenda Tires you are using.

those stickers at the headtube usually mean that you bought the bike as a frame only. If im not mistaken, any giant frame comes with it. I dont know why though. Very nice bike, how did you get it clear coated?

Bought the frame new from Giant. The frame hasn't been touched. The finish and badging is the way it came from the Giant factory.
