Coil Spring Rate

What is your rider weight and spring rate on your rear shock?

For what style of riding?

No...not loaded.

I ordered a 2007 Van R rear shock. Should be here tomorrow a.m.

I'm 185-191lbs and I think they said they were going to send me a 550 x 2" with the shock.

I wondered how different it is per frame...per stroke.

I was hoping to find a bunch of 185lb aggressive XC'er / light freeriders on 5" travel bikes with shock that have 2" strokes and see what kinda spring they run for their different types of riding. (tall order though...that's why I left it so general)
