I think im gonna get a K2 Razorback

I have been looking for a new bike for about a month now and i think im going to get a K2 razorback, but im still undicided on what one... the 3.0 or the 4.0 (about a $200 diff for me) im leaning tords the 4.0 because it comes with a RockShock SID fork, better wheelset w/cartridge hubs and a step up in derailers (LX/XT- vs -Deore/LX).
Do you guys think its best to get a better bike now or upgrade later when things fail? I am going to be using this bike for XC racing and trail use.

Check the bikes out at http://www.k2bike.com

A better fork, better hubs and better components for $200? If you can afford it, I'd say go for it!

well, i have the money... and i shouldent spend the extra, but i think i will
after thinking about it (and talking to a few friends) it should be best to get the better bike NOW rather than later considering it might cost even more to upgrade later.
