I had a similar experience when I was attempting to bunny-hop a log. My clipless system released. Can you say capapult the body, but leave the sack @ home? Okay, it wasn't quite that dramatic, but it felt that way!!!

I've since switched to Time ATACs - sack still intact.

lol sounds nasty.

They way it happened for me, i was coming out of an intersection, some cars coming so i stepped on it.....WAY too hard, the chain flew off, my leg flew downards, the shoes luckily unclipped, and i coasted for fifty yards using my sack as the saddle (on the top tube of course). REALLY hurt, but i grinned and beared it, as i was nearly late for my first club meeting, which would be bad.
